Les coûts peuvent varier en fonction du signal, il faudra dans un premier temps pouvoir le repérer sur l’équipement puis il devra être connecté physiquement par un électricien.

Aucun : une fois connecté en réseau les signaux de production sont directement remontés par les automates. 

Configuration des signaux​

Il faudra définir une matrice avec l’ensemble des signaux récupérés et définir les relations entre eux pour garantir un état machine en corrélation avec la production.
Grace aux templates spécifiques à chaque automate déjà préconfigurés par FORCAM il sera possible de récupérer les signaux et garantir un état machine en quelques minutes seulement .​

Connecting method

Each signal must be marked on the equipment concerned, and electrically connected to an acquisition module linked to the company network.
A single Ethernet connection between the PLC and the company network.

What types of values are retrieved?

Analog
Each signal connected to communicate an O or 1 status
Analog and digital
All variables used by the PLC can be accessed, including digital data such as speed, temperature, etc.

What are the material costs?

You will need to purchase one acquisition module per machine, or depending on the number of inputs available on the module.
There are no specific costs for this type of connection: a network cable connected to the PLC provides access to all available signals.​

What are the installation costs?

Costs may vary depending on the signal, which must first be located on the equipment and then physically connected by an electrician.

No cost : once connected to the network, production signals are sent directly to the PLCs. 

Signal configuration​
